"Great service until recently, lately service has significantly declined. One recent event, we received a busted inflatable, thankfully we were partially reimbursed. Most recently though, they failed to call or show up until 15 minutes before the event ended to tell us they had a rough day and we’re running late. Great customer service providers would have called when they initially realized they would be late or not even make it at all. They acted like we should still let them come set up even though the event was over. The frustrating aspect is that on the weekend there is no way to contact anyone to see if they are late or all together forgot about you. Hope they can pull it together soon!"

They have amazing affordable pricing on a large inventory of cool rentals to keep any age entertained.
