"Pumpernickel Pickle catered our daughter's wedding last month and we could not be more pleased with the food and service they offered! Carla was an absolute dream to work with throughout the entire planning process. We made numerous changes/additions during the time we worked with her and she was always quick to respond to emails or phone calls from us. We received many compliments on the food and the attentiveness of the staff. They provided food for the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding dinner and late night bites and everything was wonderful! They exceeded our expectations on all levels and we would highly recommend them."
"Pumpernickel pickle catered our seated dinner for our wedding at Sierra Vista. The guests could not stop raving about the food and were so into eating their entrees that we actually got to enjoy our meal without interruption! Our guests unanimously agreed that it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding, especially their scalloped potatoes (which were hands down the best scalloped potatoes I have ever had). The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and so tender that it could be cut with a butter knife. If your primary desire for your reception is an amazing meal that you and your guest will never forget, you need to hire them!"
"We used Pumpernickel Pickle for our wedding this past weekend and what a dream. They were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process, and made every step feel so special. My family is from Cuba, so they made sure to create something representing my culture in preparing mini Cuban sandwiches (such a hit), and making sure my fiancé felt well loved and represented as well! Everyone raved about the food all night, service was lovely, and they even set out all of the china which made every table look so beautiful. A guest of ours had new dietary restrictions we were unaware of beforehand, and pumpernickel pickle took such care to prepare him his own meal so that he could enjoy the dinner with everyone else. I cannot express my gratitude for this lovely company."
"I have always heard wonderful things about this company but never had the opportunity to try their food! Their service and buffet were excellent!! I am always a little weary of my wedding day meal because usually by the time I (the wedding photographer) am eating dinner, it’s dry and doesn’t have much flavor. That has just been my experience at least... However this is by far the BEST chicken I have ever had a wedding and my wedding day assistants enjoyed it to! I also went back multiple times during the reception for their Strawberry Basil Lemonade! I know my couple enjoyed their dinner because they talked about it during their bonus portraits!! I can't wait to work with this talented team again!!"
