The UPS Store

"Arrived at the store around 8:30am….Was told she could not do any transactions because the system was down. All I needed was to print 2 papers and I was going to give her cash so I figured after they got the system fixed they could do the transaction in the system but I was declined in printing anything and now got to travel all the way downtown just to print two papers…Will not return to this location!"

"I was at UPS Salem trying to return a package to Amazon. The barcode I needed had not scanned completely. Marcio, the owner, helped me get the barcode and ship my return. He was very pleasant and helpful"

"I have used this store before for copy and mailing services. It's always clean and the employees have been nice. However, I have concern that occurred recently. I went in to have documents shredded containing pertinent information that gotten into the wrong hands could be detrimental to me. I asked the lady waiting on me if I could shred the documents myself; she said no. I assumed they had a shredding machine for the public but I guess not. They did years ago but things change. I asked her about the security of my information and who would see it as that was my chief concern. She just smiled, never answered, told me what I owed and grabbed up the documents and headed to the back of the store out of the public's sight. I asked a male employee where she was going and I was not happy about this. He then asked me if I would like to shred them myself. He called her back and took me to the front of the store, which didn't have a shredder, but was a locked box to put the documents in. He said Iron Mountain Technologies would pick it up and do the shredding. I don't understand why this female employee told me they did the shredding and grabbed up my documents. I'm just thankful that the other employee was there and advised me otherwise. If not I would have just told the woman to give me the documents back if she wasn't going to shred them in my presence. Very confusing and uncomfortable situation."

"Thought I would leave a positive review amongst the negatives. I have to give kudos to a store that handles so many Amazon returns. It must be overwhelming at times. I appreciate the store being so close by and offering other services. They also offer by the weight shredding which is very handy when you need to clean out papers. All in all a very convenient store to have in the area and great services."
