"I've been in a couple of times before but hadn't bought anything, because I had been riding exclusively Western performance sports the past decade or so. I recently started riding English again, as well, so I took the long way home today and stopped in to shop. The older woman working the counter waited almost 40 minutes of me poking around the store to ask if I wanted help. I had actually wanted to try on coats when I walked in, but when she just sort of scowled in my direction I changed my mind and focused on picking out a saddle pad and a few other accessory items. There was a bin of saddle covers with no label or anything and I picked out when I wanted, except that when I went to check out she snatched it away and said this isn't for sale, it's for one of the consignment saddles. Like I was supposed to know that? Very rude. I probably would have bought a coat and a show shirt if I hadn't felt so unwanted in the store, this woman was nothing like the gentleman that had been there the last couple of times. I ended up not even looking at the clothes because I was in workwear and the way that she looked at me made me think that I wasn't going to get any chance of being helped with picking out a high-end purchase without some sort of snarky comment. The whole time I was checking out she didn't talk to me other than just to tell me a total. Awkward, and rushed. I don't know that I would feel comfortable going back and thought I should caution others about what a weird experience it was"

"Quality items for great prices. Almost all my home horse decor and art I have bought from this shop. Also, I go through chaps and boots, more then the average equestrian. I used to ride all over and would end up losing my gear; Changing reins is my go to for when I need things replaced fast!"

"I have been here a couple of times and found something nice each time. However, I won't be returning since everything I ask the older female employee any questions she seems super annoyed and is not very friendly. Sorry, I apologize for being a paying customer and buying something at your store!"
