"i might not look like much but i’m a 10 year Navy Veteran. Former Master At Arms. i’ve been out of the loop for some time and due to personal reasons i haven’t kept up my knowledge of weapons. i came to this store to look into purchasing a handgun for my fiance and the customer service truly sucked. The man who tended to me seemed very bothered and low key tried to make me feel like an idiot because i didn’t know EXACTLY what i was looking for. i remained as polite as possible, but i could definitely read the tone and aggravation. almost as if i was an inconvenience. really wish i could’ve gotten better assistance but i will take my business to a more friendly and helpful establishment."
"Customer service was good. There were several people in the store being helped. They don't carry shoulder holsters there but the gentleman helping me told me where to find them online. We started talking 9 mm they're pricing was great on the one Smith & Wesson I was looking at. He seemed very knowledgeable about revolvers and automatic handguns. If I end up buying a gun I will go to town gun."
