Both my husband and I brought our cars to get fixed at this AAA Suffolk branch and they claim to have fixed the issue and reason of which we brought the cars in. Two different cars different occasions different issues. Claim to fix it for a week later to have something else damaged cause by what they have claimed to fixed."

"My vehicle failed inspection because I had a damaged tire. I was fine with that, but what disappointed me was the fact that the technician gave me the wrong size tires to replace mine with. I went to a tire store and actually paid for the tire only to realize after the technician had pulled my car into the bay that I was given the wrong information!!! After going through all of this, I bring the car back with a new tire installed. So wouldn't you know, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for someone to return from lunch to check the tire and to give me my inspection!!! NOT VERY SATISFIED AT ALL!!"
