My fiancé walked away with nails on her hand that weren’t straight nor complete complimented with cuts at the base of her fingers because they were rough with the tools. Would avoid for the price."

"Poor customer service. I went on Sunday August 20@ 2:10pm for my appointment at 2:30. The lady with long hair was so rude with me and the other nail technician. She told me I don’t have an appointment when she checked her phone and saw my phone number that proved I called. She started talking in her language The other nice technician started wrapping my nail with acetone when the lady with long hair continue arguing with the lady that was doing my nail. While I was waiting, she was rude to the client that asked her two questions. I asked for her name and she never told me because she knew a was getting upset. The technician that did my nail was nice and she apologize because the rude lady forgot to write my name for the appointment. Anyway I will never go back to that place."
