"The store itself is fine, but the salon part is an absolute nightmare. I made an appointment for a blowout to prepare me for an event later that evening. They had me sit in a chair covered in someone else’s hair while waiting for my stylist. Then when the lady finally started doing my hair, she was extremely rough and did significant damage to it. But this is the real problem I had: she did not finish the job. She stopped in the middle of conditioning my hair to leave and get her next appointment. No explanation, no apology. Just left me at the shampoo bowl with sopping wet hair. I went up to her and asked if she expected me to leave like this, and she said another stylist would get to me eventually. Since that would make me late for my event that night, I ended up leaving to rush home and try to blow dry it and get it somewhat presentable myself. It would’ve been better if she hadn’t even started. Walking out of the salon with wet tangled hair is unacceptable."

"Unbeatable for cosmetic lovers. Be careful with your phones, though. Some of the staff are very experienced, and knowledgeable about products and some are not focused on detail, I was given alcohol on a cotton pad to clean my eye makeup instead of miscellaneous water by mistake once. We love it and we shop a lot. They carry large selections of products."

"I have been coming to Betty for about 7 years. My whole family comes to her my aunt for about 15 years! Betty treats you like family and is amazing at what she does! She definitely knows what she’s doing and if it not what you had incisiones she will make sure you are satisfied with your hair service before you leave the salon."

"I've been to other Ultas that had employees who were much more friendly and willing to help. Upon coming in we were virtually ignored by the ladies in the front, given a rough "hello" by an associate who was stocking some shelves near the back and then promptly turned her back to us. I felt like the associates were heavily avoiding customers and were all over the place but were never there to assist anyone. Originally I came in for cleansing facial products but I gave up and left. Some shelves were unorganized/cluttered and other shelves completely empty. Overall the experiences felt unwelcoming and we left without buying anything. Maybe try a different location and skip this one."
