"Very pretty haircut, but definitely not what I asked for. Bra length hair with face framing that had grown out, she asked how much I wanted off and I said 1 inch. She asked for the face framing by the chin and I said yes. As soon as I realized she was cutting layers, I asked her to confirm, she said yes. I told her I didn't want layers but she'd already started cutting them in and told me it wasn't many. I mentioned again, I hadn't asked for them. I'm more upset now I'm home and can see how short the layers are, can't comprehend why a basic 1 inch cut would indicate to start adding layers which were a good 4-5 inches shorter."

"I've been here twice and both experiences were very unpleasant. Aseen was rude and dismissive and did a very lazy job cutting my hair. George looked at the picture I showed, acted like he totally understood and then did something completely different. He rushed the whole thing, gave me bangs I did not ask for that will take months to grow out, and gave me an overall choppy and unattractive haircut. And it wasn't cheap. I do not recommend this place. They also only take cash tips and acted like they were doing me a huge favor by allowing me to add a tip on my card. UPDATE: I complained and they were very helpful and gave me a refund."

"New to the area and came to this salon based off of positive reviews. Contrary to other reviews, the wait on a week day was not long. The gentleman who cut my hair was friendly. I’m leaving this review because after doing my hair on my own, I realized my hair was cut for a middle part and I never wear a middle part. I specifically asked for no layers (at, minimal - very long layers) and now when I wear my hair it looks like I have huge chunky layers in my hair. Also, bring cash tip. They do not tell you you cannot tip on your card!! They do have an atm if needed."

"The salon is amazing, and I mean AMAZING! I have been seeing David for over 5 years and he has made my hair amazing every single time and made me walk out the door with such a huge smile on my face, which has allowed me to get my confidence back and trust in the women I was made as. I found out today after getting my hair done yesterday that my coworker had been going to the salon for years too. I always recommend them to everyone!! The entire team are so kind and helpful, and they are super efficient with how they work together. It has been sweet over the years to watch the assistants like Claudia grown into their own and become more confident in their work too."

"I had been going to this salon for years and Aseen was the hairstylist who used to do coloring, haircutting, and styling, I never had any problem with her. I asked her one day if in case she leaves the salon for any reason she should refer to me as the stylist as it's hard to get a new one and she politely agreed that she would definitely do so. But when next time I went which was last year I called for Aseen the receptionist told me that she is not working anymore. I requested the receptionist to refer me just the same level as Aseen was for my root touchup service. When I went there was Kay my new hairstylist who said she has more experience than Aseen and would charge me more. I told her that I am fine with that and she started doing the work. Once the hair was washed and dried she saw that the color didn't come up right so she started all over. I was kind of surprised but didn't say anything as David came up to apologize. Then next month when I went again for a hair touchup with Kay the same thing happened and my hair was ruined by her as she did twice the hair color when after drying the color didn't show up as my grey hair and different colors I could see. I was very upset this time as my hair was burned and all messed up. I called David and reported though he knew a second time too he apologized for that kind of service. I was kind enough not to make a fuss and yes I did pay every time full amount of service with a tip. I made after 3 weeks another appointment in August with David. He let his new assistant do root touch and she took 45 minutes in just root touchup till he stood watched and got fed up and told her to stop. Later he did my haircut and blow-dry he let the assistant do the rest of the blow-dry. After three-four weeks I went again for root touch on September 16, 2022, with David. Such a horrible treatment I got my hair was not even colored properly. David was supposed to do my service completely because I paid every time whatever his services price as it's higher than others with tip but I was given to his three assistants. Anyways, I am not happy at all with David and Kay. My hair in the photos is wet but they are somewhere very short and somewhere long. and my skin has burnt marks too."
