"I called the store to make sure that they had the shoes that I was looking for...HOKA Bondi 8.. In my size. I spoke with Emily who double checked to make sure that she had them and offered to put them aside for me so I could pick them up later in the day. When I got to the store, Emily greeted me and we talked about my foot issues . Emily recommended I go up a half a size and double checked the fit for me. As a nurse I'm on my feet 12 plus hours a day and I appreciated her input. I left the store feeling very confident that I purchased a better fitting shoe thanks to Emily taking her time to listen to me rather than just sell me what I thought I wanted. I will definitely be going back for all my shoe purchases in the future! I highly recommend Running Etc. And Emily!"
