"I came in and asked for the barber to take half an inch off my hair. He took off about an inch and a half of hair, leaving me with nearly a buzz cut. He then went to line up the front, something I wasn't aware he was doing because he faced me away from the mirror. The lining up process consisted of him cutting HALF AN INCH into the front of my hairline, not even to the skin, just a buzz cut where there is still hair. The cherry on top, the line up and the overall haircut isn't even, I have streaks of long hair and short hair plus a random bit of buzzed hair HALF AN INCH into my head. Probably the worst haircut I've ever gotten."

"1 star for the quality of service plus 1 star for the price point which was ok. Will try a place once to see what it's about, but not twice because of the following. The guy that cut my hair was friendly but lacked some of the basics. Didn't let me look at the work sufficiently see the end result. Didn't do any trimming on eyebrows or even look at ears. Didn't brush any of the cut hair away. Didn't even use a razor which was specifically requested. Didn't do the shave that was discussed. Took a big notch of hair off one side and didn't mention any of it. Let me walk out of there with my hair looking worse than when I came in. $35 spent on a cut with a $15 tip only to feel hustled when I looked at my hair at home. I'll look funny for a while and go somewhere else next time I need a cut."

"I gave this shop several tries and went to the same barber each time. I wont say who cause the guy us swell for sure but when it comes to a beard shave, beard trim, or beard cut please avoid this place at all costs. Just had my 4th and final visit and my neck is so red and burns like crazy. Several times throughout he had to stop because I don't know what was going on but the clippers were tearing my skin apart. Worse feeling ever and when I came home it's not even lined up evenly. Very disappointed and unfortunately in this situation I've had the same but not so dramatic experience the first 3 visits but every time I leave my neck is all messed up and I've gone to several other barbers for the same beard trim. Great guy and I won't say who it is and if the owner does read this there is nothing that can be done to fix my situation cause I definitely won't be coming back but for the future maybe try and fix this problem. I doubt it can be fixed though."

"Serge is the absolute best barber. He's been cutting my son's hair since he was 2 years old, and has always been so patient, professional, skilled and genuinely nice. I've followed him from his previous shop, and now I'm happy to see him open this beautiful new space. I would highly recommend this place."
