"Just went to this place today and witnessed a very rude staff. The tall bald guy was very rude. When we walked into one of the aisles, this guy was fixing the shoes on the shelf. Me and my dad started looking at the section he just fixed. The shelf was on the very top and I accidentally put back the box the wrong way (the size not facing front) and I couldn’t reach it anymore to fix it. As my dad was trying on the shoes, the guy came back and cursed quite loudly, saying that he just fixed the shelf. I’m sorry if I couldn’t reach the shelf to fix it, don’t worry, I’ll bring a step stool next time."
"I love shopping at this store now. There is one employee, Jordan, who consistently goes the extra mile to satisfy customers. He once even went into the window display to get a SKU to look for an item for me. Others would have just said they didn’t have the item on the floor. Great attitude and makes me want to go back. The clothes are great quality and worth the money."
"This store customer service is horrible!! I bought my shoe on 2/5/22 try them on at and the lace string broke. Brought it back to the store and the manager allie tell me that I can’t return them. And that I have to call customer service because I worn it already. Shoe was bought not even a week. The manager was rude and saying I shouldn’t be arguing with her and that they don’t manufacture the shoe in the back. But they are an adidas store that sell adidas shoe. So fyi to anyone that but shoe here if your shoe break or damage in 2 days or less you have to contact the company and this store won’t take the return even though they are an adidas store!!! Thank you for your honest business."
