"Overall I recommend this to anyone looking for affordable, good quality cache containers. I ordered some for my son recently and when they came we tested them out, and they worked great! One of the nano containers had a bit of rust on it but it didn't harm the container at all. We live in the middle of the woods near a slow post office but still the shipping only took two days!"
"I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have a NO RETURN policy, and their products are poor. The cache containers we bought were not sealed (pinecone and fake rock) and the plate covers magnets wouldn't hold on our refrigerator. In addition, we paid additional shipping to have the products rushed, and Crazy Cache waited 11 days to fill the order with NO contact, explanation, or even an apology. My husband attempted to contact them several times with no luck. When he finally e-mailed him that we were not satisfied with the quality of their order and were returning it, they replied with a copy of their return policy.. nothing else. I have bought numerous cache containers through several vendors and have been very pleased with the quality and service. Crazy Cache, however, is not one of them and will not get our business again."
"So far have made only one purchase. I have mixed feelings about their nanos. On one hand they are half the price of a standard nano and they come in a good variety of colors/ textures. On the other the magnet is weak, comes loose in the nano (one of mine fell out and broke), and the threads damage easy. I have used the nano on two placements. On one the nano could not be opened by second finder (threads damaged), and the other fell off the guardrail after four finders. I will say the colors are great and blend in well. Overall they offer some differenct cache options at good prices. I question the durability on some of their product."
