"If I could give no stars I would. The absolute worst customer service ever. I walked in and was spending $500. I asked the girl if they do returns because I wanted to show my boyfriend a pair of sunglasses I was purchasing amongst other things. She said "Absolutely! You could bring them right back if you wanted..." when I walked out and showed them to him he was underwhelmed so I went back in to return them-- I went back to the store for the manager Emily to be so rude and say "it's on your receipt we don't do returns and especially not for big purchases!" --- I'm sorry. What? You want people to see it on the receipt after they've made the purchase???? And if I spent less maybe you'd give me my money back but since I spent so much it's not an option??? And the girl who sold them has the audacity to say "if you asked what 'return' meant I would have told you exchange or store credit only!" ...... right. So customers have to ask what you mean by RETURN. They just want your money by any means possible. Poorly run. Bad customer service. Go there if you want disposable cheap jewelry. Because that's all they have to offer. Disposable and cheap service too."
