I've never encountered such a situation in Lululemon customer service. I still don't understand how they can sell such expensive pants with so many quality problems."
"Came here for a hemming (per lulu policy that you can go any store to get pants hemmed) and was told it's too busy due to understaffing and can't hem. It was definitely very busy. The staff who told me was polite about it, but I was pretty surprised there was only two people working. This is completely a management problem for not putting enough staff on a busy holiday week (or finding someone to fill in for people who are out) - not a good look."

I was quite emotional, perhaps due to earlier rejections on the street, ( or the rainy weather), I m sorry for crying, thank you for helping me, really appreciate your kindness and warm hearts."
"For having such pricey clothes, you would think that they would have decent customer service, but no. Inflexible return policies, as a number of other one-star comments have attested, backed up by uncaring staff. Forgot your receipt? Tough. Try to return something after 31 days? Tough. Lost tag, even though obviously unworn? Tough. Gift receipt? Tough. Store credit only. Compare that to policies in a place like REI, and I don’t know why anyone would want to shop here."
