"We paid upwards of $20 dollars to have the hair getting into her eyes cut. If I knew they were just going to grab that portion of hair and literally just cut across, I would have done it myself. The service was nice but the actuall outcome was far from worth it."
"Today I went there to get a haircut for my child and buy her a new hair brush, a hair clip and a toy car. I went in the salon, nobody welcomed me, or even greeted me, I spent sometime waiting and the worker did not even asked, eventually I decided to sit with my child until someone help us, suddenly the lady who was there all the time in a very rude, insulting and non professional way said that she can’t serve us unless we have a previously booked appointment. So why you did not say that the whole time, I wasted about 15min trying to talk to someone. Also if it is your policy to serve appointments only and the salon doesn’t accept walk-ins, why did not you explain or announce it somewhere via signage or something else. Very rude, not professional and not friendly to kids nor respectful to adults."
"Took my son there for his first haircut. Worst decision. He now looks like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber. The sides are uneven and it just looks bad. Will never use this place again. They also advertise that they do special things for your babies first hair cut. They don’t. Save your money and go anywhere else!"
