"We went specifically for scallops and lobster bisque. Started with salad which was a small amount of iceberg, one tomato slice and one slice of cucumber. Bisque was thin and had no lobster. Scallops were overcooked and rubbery. Hostess was friendly."
"First time visit, pleasantly surprised. Staff attentive friendly, plain decor, very clean. Food with flavor cooked as expected. Wife had two choice fried shrimp and white fish platter with broccoli hush puppies and salad. I had the large seafood cocktail which was very authentic Mexican style and delicious. Had stuffed mushrooms which were tasty. I liked them but wife thought they needed a little more flavor and added hot sauce. Everyone should check this place out."
"Seated quickly. Music very loud, said they were having a party. Salad was fresh lettuce ,hush puppies were good. Potatoes very greasy, scallops did not look to be cooked well( they were the color of canned pears)not sure what type of seasoning that was on the shrimp and scallops but it was not very good. Not sure that the steak was a ribeye it was disappointing. But the owner was kind enough to remove the price of the steak from the bill. Once again fooled by google reviews. This is definitely not the best place in Roanoke for seafood. will not return."
"Stopped here for dinner. The food had good taste and texture. The price for the food was average. I would recommend this restaurant if you can't decide between Mexican and seafood, because you can get both. Staff was very attentive and friendly. A pleasant dining experience."
"The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We were greeted promptly and seated. The food is good and definitely affordable. We got the catfish, fried scallops, salad, slaw and lobster bisque (pictured). The different potato types served were awesome."
