"Ordered the beet tips chimichonga was served chicken. The staff was quick to respond to the error and correct the issue. I was given the replacement meal quick enough to eat with the rest of my family. The food itself was excellent and filling. The quality is top notch and the overall atmosphere is festive and welcoming. Will be returning for future meals."

"This is one of our usual Mexican restaurants that we dine at while visiting Danville. We stopped in for lunch via shuttle, while our car was being serviced. The artwork and atmosphere are beautiful. I adore the scenes of Vaqueros and Damas. Their salsa is just okay, a little bland and wattery. I had the lunch special of a cheese enchilada, rice, and beans. The boys both chose the beef chimichanga plate off of the regular menu. They were accidentally served chicken instead of beef, my hubby sent his back, but my son went ahead and ate his. The food is good, and the prices are reasonable, and the service is usually good. Total bill for 3 plates and 3 sodas was $44 before tip."

"The restaurant is really cool. I love the artwork on tabletops and booths. It was decked out in a seasonal Halloween decor, which I'm all for. It also has a nice looking covered patio for outdoor dining. I ordered the Burrito Mojado with Carne Asada. Straightforward burrito with rice, beans, and steak inside. Topped with queso and red sauce. It was delicious as expected, cleaned my plate. Overall a great experience at Los Tres Magueyes: nice staff, clean bathrooms, good food, reasonably priced, beautiful ambience. I look forward to coming back and digging deeper into the menu."

"Staff was helpful and attentive. I had the beef fajitas (4 stars) and Cheese Dip. I had a "Top Shelf" margarita and was very disappointed (1 Star). I selected Don Julio Reposado and she combined it with the pre-made mix. I then saw the mix made and it was orange juice and Montezuma tequila along with triple sec I believe. A TOP SHELF does not have Montezuma tequila and shouldn't have orange juice. They did not have Grand Marnier. So I was very disappointed in the margarita. Food was worth the trip but I would do a beer next time."

"Recently updated, and never lacking on quality or service this is by far one of my family’s favorites restaurants for Mexican food! You should definitely give them a visit. With the weather changing they have a spacious outdoor seating area to enjoy."
