"Even though they were understaffed and were not able to deliver my pizza on time, I was able to go pick it up and figure out a solution. When I got there the staff was very nice and was able to comp my meal and issue my credits to my account. They were very sincere and apologetic, the pizza was made wonderfully; honestly in light of the situation the staff deserves some recognition for how kind and helpful they were."
"Ordered two pizzas at this Dominoes location and they apparently gave them away to someone else because they “misheard” the name. Pizzas were good but just a suggestion, maybe try using a thorough check-in process for takeout so these issues don’t happen."

"Dominoz is my regular goto place for Pizza. First time ordered from the South Riding location and first one itself turned out to be a bad experience. 2 out 5 toppings were missing, and the ones that were there were half cooked, as if it was forgotten and added last minute. Pizza too was dry and not cooked properly. Called their store right away and was told they would issue a credit for another Pizza, but haven't heard back since then. Will give another try to see if it's consistently like this or was just my bad luck that day."
"I ordered two large pizzas, one pizza was half pepperoni and half just cheese. That one turned out good, the other one not so much. It was supposed to be sausage and onions on the whole pizza. As you can see by the picture, they barely put any toppings on there. I was very disappointed. The blame goes to both corporate and the individual store manager/owner. They could have easily added more toppings on top of the minimum amount but chose not too. I haven't ordered here in a long time and now I know why. Taken for granted that the pizza was only $5.99 for a large, I guess you get what you pay for. It might be awhile before I order again."
