"I set up a schedule for hair consultation. I asked her was that day and time was that good for her? She told me yes I was coming from Fredericksburg and our time was at 2 o’clock and she text me and said that her ADT person took longer than expected. Can I come at 2:30 I arrived at 2:25 called her and she told me that she set the appointment for 3 o’clock, no where did I receive a text asking was that ok apologize but the principal is if you had something to be done at that time then you probably shouldn’t of said it was a good time to schedule me that day, so no she is not good with time so if you want to come see her, make sure you have nothing to do that day because her time is more important than her client. Update: she might could do hair I wouldn’t know but as far as the business aspect she needs someone to handle it cause it’s not good. And that’s all I have to say with that."

"I wish I had read the reviews prior to going, but this lady is NOT good. My daughter got her hair done, and I can't tell if the hair was actually washed. I don't see any gel and the hair looks DRY. But, what's worse is her attitude. TERRIBLE. She changed the appointment four times in one day, after I clearly made an appointment online for 8 am. Yes, I made the appointment the night before (a family emergency occurred and my daughter had to fly out of state asap) so I wasn't upset about that because it was a last minute appointment. What upset me more was that she was SO rude as if I changed the appointment times!!!! I was willing to work with her, but I had to move my schedule to accommodate hers. Then, she rushed my daughter after one hour (who gets their locs twisted and dried in one hour?) and demanded payment asap as if she wasn't going to get paid. These locs are more than two feet so drying time is no less than one hour. After I texted her and said her payment was on its way as my son would drop it off, she blamed me and said "the back and forth has thrown off my schedule" because she only wanted Cashapp, Cashapp or Venmo. Not everyone has those apps so I had to accommodate. How rude!!!!!!!! I will never frequent her again and advise others to not either. There are too many technicians who ACTUALLY do a good job in this area and have pleasant personalities. I work hard for my money too just to be talked to any kind of way and given substandard result Thank you for your reply. My daughter is a 30 year old AUTISTIC female and has has mental challenges and gets her hair maintained every 6 weeks. Only her brother brought her to the shop. Thanks for letting the world know that you are a disgusting person. People you get to see what your dealing with. Thumbs DOWN AND SHAME ON YOU!!!!"

"Great service. Maintained mine and my daughter’s locs after we moved and couldn’t get to our regular stylist in Houston. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to start their loc journey, or just make sure their locs are healthy and growing."
