Amazing Lash Studio

"Very Bad customer service , my experience here always unsatisfied . I Used go there every two weeks and pay extra money for the volume to get better result however the eyelashes never looks full. when I requested to fix they will have this attitude like its my fault . I am paying extra for the volume so just give me what I want period. The small girl at the front desk told me today not to come too the store mind you she is not a manager. I don't recommended this location and disrespectful customer service people ."

"I had my lashes done the other week and could not be more impressed by not only the lashes but the entire experience. I had called a couple weeks prior and spoke with TJ ( front desk) on the phone who explained the different types of lashes, answered all of my questions, and helped get me booked for a day/time that worked with my schedule. When I showed up for my appointment I was greeted by Lauren who was super friendly and welcoming. I had my lashes done by Kapisa who showed me all of the different styles and helped me choose what would look best on me ( I did not want a super dramatic look ) Kapisa did an AMAZING job and it was exactly what the look I was going for. After my appointment TJ was working the desk and remembered me from the first initial phone call ( which meant a lot considering I am sure she speaks to tons of people a day ) and checked in on me and how I enjoyed the experience. I want to recognize these employees and establishment as they all went above and beyond and I will definitely be returning as well as recommending Amazing Lash Burke to friends/family."

"This place was my favorite lash studio to date! Christa listened to exactly what I wanted. I don't like my lashes to be over-done because my eyes are already huge and I like ore of a wispy cat eye. She did a lash bath first and that really helped my lashes hold up, I didn't need a fill for almost 3 weeks and I still had about 70% of my lashes left. The manager Krystal was very helpful with my selection and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and sweet. I will definitely be returning next time I decide to do my lashes again! "Do not come here to get your lashes done. I thought I would come here to get a nice set for a wedding. All I got was a sparse lash set. The lash tech did not speak to me and was very unfriendly. I did not like the set I got and I spoke to a manager and she said I can come in to fix it. She asked me if I would need a full set or a refill. I said it would be for a full set. She said okay. I was unable to make it to my first appointment because I had schedule conflict. When I came in for another appointment the lash tech told me it would only be for an adjustment. I said well whoever I spoke to would be for a full set. At this point I was just frustrated so I just asked for a remova. She said she would speak to her manager. When she came back she said nothing to me. And just did a lash removal. When I went to the desk the manager I spoke to just gaslit me and said oh I spoke to you it wasn’t for a full set it was for an adjustment. She did apologize but I don’t really appreciate being lied to. Come here if you want terrible customer service and subpar lash work. Very frustrating experience. I will never come back here.
