"My teen had a picture of a new hairstyle he wanted. First time he’s ever cared. So, we came here for the first time. Fantastic! Everyone was extremely friendly, and it was just a very relaxing atmosphere. The stylist did an amazing job, my son is so happy! This from a 13 year old teen boy whose emotions usually register somewhere between dislike and indifference. We’ll be back!"
"Lily was the best stylist. I walked in on my due date for baby #2 and had a GREAT time that I was looking for. Lily was very accommodating, chatted genuinely, and turns out we even share some same medical providers. While I had the baby two days later, obviously I wanted that day to be memorable and it was! The hair cut was perfect too. The front desk receptionist seems to be very friendly just like the other hair stylists I ran into. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a chat with the folks that do shampooing at the back. I forgot the lady that did mine, but she barely spoke one word with me - while I didn't feel super rushed, she was on the phone the whole time. Later coming to Lily, the experience changed drastically, of course. Phew! Recently, I referred two more friends and family (who said they didn't get their end of the referral discounts, but not a big deal though). Gael and Giselle provided great service to them. I will be using this place as my go-to neighborhood hair salon and may try the pedicure options inside too some day."
