"Best place to get a haircut! When I first found this place my hair was completely choppy and uneven, but then I came here. She completely fixed my disastrous hair, matter of fact, she made it way better than what I expected. I went to place to place to find someone who could my type of hair which is wavy/curly, and she does it absolutely perfect each time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone."
"Me and my mom got our hair done yesterday and we were hesitant at first since this is our first time but I loved their work on my hair and my mom's hair. They also gave us tips on how we can maintain our hair. She is very detailed with her work and took her time with my brows. Overall I highly recommend her."
"Nawal is very kind, but she seemed inexperienced working with curly natural (type 4B, African-American) hair. I called ahead of time and asked if she could work with curly 4B hair and was told yes twice. When I got there, she said my hair was going to be difficult to cut, but she could do it. I asked her to keep the back longer than the front and she did not. I asked her to cut 1 inch at most and she said I’m going to cut 2 inches instead. I had to reiterate saying, no, I want you to only cut 1 inch. She also cut part of my hair with thinning shears without asking me if that’s what I wanted. I had to stop her after she did one strand of hair. I’ll admit, my hair is very difficult to cut and she did her best. It doesn’t look bad. My friends and family say it looks nice, it’s just not what I wanted. I wanted longer in the back shorter in the front."
