"Update: Drew in the pharmacy was awesome! I called to follow up because Rite Aid still hasn't requested my medication from this Walgreens. Drew was really helpful and kind. He explained the process to me and took all the steps for Rite Aid to receive my medication, since Rite Aid couldn't be bothered to do it for the last month that I have been asking about it. I really appreciate all the help Drew gave today and that Celeste gave me a month ago and I'm not even their pharmacy customer. You all are great! Original Review: Celeste in the pharmacy was very helpful and kind when I called today with questions about my prescriptions that were transferred to them from one of the Rite Aids that closed down. Yesterday I was on hold for awhile before I just hung up and I was a little frustrated, but I remembered they just got slammed with all of Rite Aids customers so they are probably overloaded with work. Todays call totally made up for it."

"Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Staff is rude, and phone calls will be put on hold without a word for 20-45 min. If you go in person you will wait in line for over 30min before even talking to amyone. I'll be having my perscriptions filled by online companies from now on."
