"Went in with photos of the haircut I wanted and had previously, left with a hack job. No where on their website does it note that this location caters to primarily Hispanic clientele and when I arrived on my lunch break to find Spanish writing all over the exterior of the building. Too late to back out now and I figured there was no reason to waste time trying to find another salon because the exterior of the building was in Spanish, that's no reason to judge a book by it's cover... right...? I was so, so wrong. I should have known to leave when the woman that did speak English passed me over to a young lady (very nice) that didn't... at all. I gave her the photos of my hair style so she would know how I usually got it cut and I never would have thought the pixie cut I asked for would turn into such a horrible mess... I am so embarrassed and my hair is now so much shorter than what I asked for, uneven, choppy, just... terrible. I came back to work in tears and my colleagues were also horrified. Better to be safe than sorry. Not only is there a language barrier, but the stylists are not experienced. It doesn't get more descriptive than presenting photos of your hair, on your own head, and them not being able to get even anywhere near what you asked for :( I paid and left. Very upsetting that I need to find another salon to correct this mess :,( if it can even be corrected."
