"Not sure if it's new management or just new employees. I believe owner sold it and corporate took over. This has been my goto convenience store for 7 years and always had good service. Recently the employees are not polite. Cooler is not only warm but has an unpleasant smell. I will not be coming back"

"I went in to purchase a few separate things. And there was a mistake at the register on how one of my items rung up for payment. The ( I believe) manager quickly fixed the issue and thanked me for coming in and told me to have a nice day. He just didn't know how much I appreciated that. It helped my day go much better. "They're offering a special way but three grill items for $3 and they give you a large big gulp as long as you have the seven-letter awards. That would be great except one side of their soda machine is broken and the other side is probably broken also because the soda doesn't taste right. The employees say that they have told someone but nothing has been done and no one has shown up to fix it. So this leads me to my one star or two stars should I say because I wound up buying bottle mountain dew to get a drink and pay more than I would have if I could have gotten the grill item and drink special. I hate to say it but I've been to 7-Elevens literally everywhere on the East Coast in the last couple years and they have all and I mean all put maintaining what they have in the store to last place. I believe this started even before covid because they're trying to cut cost by stretching people. They try to cut costs by not paying enough to these poor 7-Eleven workers they have a stressful job. Most people don't come in to 7-Eleven unless they're in a hurry and when you don't give them enough people things don't get done and then issues like I have for the soda isn't right or like I have seen in many places where there's no grill items up or very few or the ones that are on there look so old you wouldn't want to eat them I'm 50 and I remember when 7-Eleven was the place to go to grab a quick bite and a drink now it's always a disappointing visit"
