"2 check outs for an entire department store on a Wednesday at 2:30 pm? Who has that kind of time? I asked an employee where's the check out for Men's and she said Ladies (with 5 people in line) and Cosmetics and there was no one there. Poor customer service."
"The workers are always a cheer. It was more so what the store itself was selling. The weather is changing and much of their summer fall wear was still price EXTREMELY high... it's getting cold. And once I saw those prices, I almost RAN out the store. LITERALLY, there has to be a better way... a better bargain. I went elsewhere to shop that day, of course."
