"Just left after a WONDERFUL experience. I was worried my autistic son wouldn’t like the Mac n cheese, they happily went above and beyond for us! They asked extra questions while making the order to ensure my 2 autistic kids would eat their food, given this was our FIRST time getting food here. The entire staff was so kind, extra helpful, and even brought tears to my eyes with their kindness, compassion, and willingness to understand. ❤️ Definitely will be back, top quality customer service. ❤️"
"The 1st time I tried chicken,from this location. It was pretty good. So I decided that omw to work& I wanted chicken, I'd stop here. Twice the breast was super dry. So I decided to get legs. Today,the size of these drums are super small & dried out. I noticed I was given 1 extra piece. I guess to compensate. But this doesn't add up. It should've been 2small=1 normal size & I see feathers. 1 isn't even as big as the biscuit .I should've checked the box before I got on the road"
"We absolutely love the new Royal Farms on 58 East (Holland Rd) in Suffolk. This stretch of road badly needed this quick market and gas station, and deli/hot foods counter. There is a reason that big chicken outside every Royal Farms Market. It is because their fried chicken is so good! Fresh and hot! They also make fresh sandwiches to order. We are heading west tonight but still stopped and got snacks. The restrooms are so clean with the fancy sinks that have touch free hand soap, water and hand dryers on each sink. Candace, the manager on duty was super helpful with our purchase when our candy didn’t ring up at the sale price. She also kindly assisted the man next us as well. We uploaded the app while we were there so we can start earning points because these Royal Farms Markets are popping up everywhere and we are loving them!"
"Their fried chicken, service, employees and cleanliness are exceptional. If you're a Rofo customer, gas is a little cheaper than usual. The gas station is well lit and the rest rooms are well kept. They offer hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, subs and potato wedges. This location always provides service with a smile!"
