"Great place for really good beer. Selection of beers is very good. Porter, brown ale, pilsner, red, Scottish, IPAs and more. Also make their own grape and mead wines. Owner is really fun to talk to and atmosphere is very relaxed. If you are anywhere close, this is a must stop for a great beer. I had the porter, brown ale and a Octoberfest. All 3 were excellent."

"We’ve been enjoying the Kilt since they opened. The beer changes on a regular basis and each has a distinct flavor. If you want a great simple brewery and support local. You must go."

"Went with a large group and the service was spot on. The beer and wine were amazing. There were so many delicious choices, all made in-house, that multiple people made orders to take home. The charcuterie board was fantastic. We had a blast."

"Truly a fantastic low-key place for great beer as well as wine, cider, and mead, all made on premises. Limited food menu, but what they have is very good and served hot. Staff is personable and the owner/brewmaster is in house almost all the time. Recorded music is not too loud and clientele are neighborly and respectful. Stein night (Tuesday) is not to be missed!"

"Nice brewery outside of Richmond, right off of I 95. Not a ton of ppl around which made it nice. Got to watch them label some of the cans in a manual hand crank process which was neat to see. I will say, if you love your authentic Bavarian pretzel like I do, you MUST order it here. So good!"
