"This is my second review, and I thought that cannot be worst in this branch and I was wrong! Not sure if it's lack of supervision or lack of training, but I'll keep using other branches but this one. We never know if your order will be right here be aware"

"I've gone there a few times, and it's hit or miss really. Eric is pretty nice. But I've often gotten the wrong drink order recently. I've been ordering the CREME Apple Crisp Oatmilk Frappuccino, but I'm usually handed a fully blended drink that tasted like a Chai with absolutely NO Creme in it. The first time it happened, I was on a lunch break and went back to the counter and asked for it to be remade. The girl who made the drink was apologetic about making it wrong, stating that she realized as she was handing it to me that it was the wrong order, and that she'd remake it. She was a very nice girl, I wish I'd caught her name. At the time she was shy bc she was new. However, another girl quickly came to her side and tried to argue with me about my drink, and told me that the Oatmilk is brown, which is why my drink was brown. I told her that I ordered the creamy one, and that the one I got was not the creamy one. She asked me if it tasted at all like the creamy one, and I pointed to the blended Chai I got and said "No, this is not creamy." it wasn't even visually the same!!! She took the wrong drink from the first girl and set it back on the counter in front of me, then remade me the correct one, but had such a nasty attitude about it. Since then, I've gotten handed the wrong drink several other times. I know it's the wrong drink because not only is it visually different and it tastes different, but I've gone to 5 different Starbucks locations and each one has made the Creme Apple Crisp Oatmilk frappe the way I know it's meant to be. If you're a baristas at this location reading this review, please learn the difference between a murky brown Chai drink and a creamy apple drink. :( because I absolutely hate the drinks I'm getting handed to me."

"My daughter and I went to this location and I was really disappointed. There was only one other customer inside, but none of the workers greeted us. The interior seating area was disorganized and the tables were slightly dirty. The staff took our order and were polite, but just seemed distracted. No pleasantries were exchanged. No "thanks" after the transaction or anything. The restroom was awful. Very dirty and desperately needed to be cleaned. Everything including the staff just felt tired."

"This location is very convenient to my commute but I must say that it’s not clean. The glass doors are grossly filled with handprint every visit (even first thing in the morning) and tables are not wiped off even during down times. The landscaping is unattended and there has been the same used diaper in the parking lot right near the door since this location opened. That staff are always friendly and helpful."

"I love that there are 2 drive thrum’s at this location. I have visited via drive thru atleast 4 times in the past 2 weeks. There is never really a wait. And the coffee is made well. My current go to is a venti white chocolate mocha with blonde espresso almond milk light ice and no whip."
