"Phone screen was shattered. Phone screen was replaced. No issues for about 3 months until the phone screen intermittently stopped working. Explained the issues I was having in person. They looked me up to see that I was under warranty. Then explained that it was a software issue without even looking at the phone. The process of how to check and see if it was a software or screen issue was explained to me and I informed them that by their explanation, it wasn’t a software issue. The gentle then backtracked and said because it was working when I came in there was nothing they could do. Next day phone screen stopped working and I went back up there. Was told it would be about 6 hours for them to look into it. Not to mention they never told me my phone was no longer water proof after replacing the screen. I went somewhere else and they found a loose connection in about 5 minutes and got me on my way. Better hope you don’t have a warranty issue with them. They’ll take your $350 and when there’s an issue afterward they will say whatever they can to get you to just go get a new phone. Crooks and liars no loyalty to existing customers."
