"Word of caution!! We recently purchased a house and due to concerns on the home inspection, an HVAC inspection was ordered by the sellers and performed by Hobbs Mechanical. Results from that inspection were overall positive. However, immediately upon move in, our HVAC system was having issues. We have gone days without AC. Had differentials on our units not meeting manufacturer recommendations. We have since had to replace a fan, multiple capacitors, freon refills, replace numerous missing caps, repair ducting that had no air flow, clean drain lines, etc. I have not personally dealt with Hobbs Mechanical but our experiences after the purchase of this home and an "ok" inspection report seems to speak volumes."
"Hobbs Mechanical saved our Christmas! The night of the 23rd our heat went out and we just knew we wouldn't find anyone who would come out on Christmas Eve. Not only did Hobbs answer the phone but they came and diagnosed our problem, were able to get parts and get our heat back on just in time for family to start arriving! Dillon was so awesome, he fixed our unit and didn't leave until he was sure it was working as expected. Thank you for the rescue!!"
"I had Hobbs Mechanical rip out all of my existing old HVAC. The previous owner added AC to a heat only system. No wonder the house never cooled. Within just a few days I was back up and running. Out with the old and in with the new efficient system. My house is now an igloo and I love it. Thanks to Jeff, Tyler, Abby, Brian and Kyle for great service. Great products. Great customer service!"
