My blind associate and I, after walking from Tazewell Motel, made the mistake of not noticing such a sign. She did not ask either, as if she is not allowed. After ringing my friend's groceries up, he politely asked which terminal to use to pay for his purchase. The person working made a spectacle of our ignorance. She intentionally took her time in order to make those in line wait even further. Thus, we were heckeled and belittled for our misstep. So, if you go to the Happy Mart, with the intention of using your food stamp card, you better let them know upfront. Unless it is Stella working, then you shall be blessed. Otherwise, Katie bare the door. You will be shamed for using your stamps, if you do not let them know upfront."

"Like an oasis lighting up the still dark early morning drive I was making. 4am Sharpe they open thier doors and offer many different items. From simple filling up the gas tank or picking up a hot fresh made biscuit of your choice. They carry a plentiful selection to start your day or even you nightly drive back through. "It used to be an alright place to stay but don’t think you’ll be able to use the bathroom when night shift is on. They close the bathrooms off and the clerk working is a very nasty unpleasant person. She is one person that should not in any manner be dealing with the public. There is no food available ( probably she doesn’t want to serve it) On a good note the lady who works in the am is very nice and always has a good morning for you, have a nice day. She deserves a raise for sure the other lady at night should be fired! I’m not being picky or petting but I’ve worked with the public for over 30yrs and she seems to quite ok with denying the public use of the bathroom. I would most certainly buy something from them but I’ll wait to give my sale to the lady on day shift."
