"On 21 November 2022, I had run out of nicotine pods for my vuse vape. I walked half a mile to this store from our AirBNB. The only nicotine pods they had in menthol with the right nicotine amount was a 4 pack. So instead, I decided to purchase a disposable vape called Bidi Stick. I paid for it and opened it right outside the store just to make sure it worked okay since disposable vapes are often questionable or counterfeit. The device had leaked and failed to operate at all. Upon going back in to exchange it I was told I would have to contact the nicotine manufacturer. They would not allow me to exchange or refund. Terrible business practice to sell a faulty product and not stand behind it. If you find yourself in Tazewell looking for vape products, The Cave is about a mile away and was very helpful selling me an elfbar that worked great."
