"There was some miscommunication i called the week before to ask if i needed to schedule an appointment. They told me on the phone walk-ins only. Got there and they told me i wasn't on the schedule but they did squeeze me in. I was super happy they squeezed me in until I got the feeling they were trying to sell me tires even though i brought my own because they kept giving me excuses on why they wouldn't fit. When i went back to the shop i looked for myself and proved they would fit they told me due to Virginia inspection they couldn't install them. Luckily im registered in West Virginia and when i mentioned that they finally installed the tires. The work they do seems to be good BUT the service on the other hand seems like they will take advantage of people that don't have a lot of car knowledge."

"The service dept is awesome. We were from out of town with our camper and our brake lights and signal lights on the camper quit working and someone told us to check out this place. Lee was so helpful to get us right in and Evon worked until he found the problem and put some lights on so we could get home. Both men were very helpful. We highly recommend this place.
