"If I lived in the area, I would probably be a frequent customer of Pop's. I was traveling through the area, and wanted something sweet after my lunch. I was glad I found Pop's and what a super cool area it is in. The inside is nostalgic. I decided to try the Blackberry Swirl Ice Cream. It was delicious and had an interesting tartness to it. I probably should have tried more items, but I had just eaten lunch so I didn't order as I normally would have. The service was great. A new employee was being trained and it was fun that I was their first customer. Parking wasn't an issue - I parked on the street in front of the shop. PS - sorry for the bad pics, I started eating my ice cream and the photos were an afterthought. Not my best food photos."

"There's plenty of nice ice cream places in the Roanoke valley, however this is the BEST of the BEST. Taste, menu, service, atmosphere: these are all excellent. Of course they have wonderful ice cream but I would also recommend trying a flavored soda or one of their daily desserts. They also make awesome grilled cheese sandwiches! Go alone or take your friends and family and you'll be wishing for a return soon!"
