The staff members he hires, trains and retains -- even among the youngest -- carry out his vision of meticulous, intuitively attentive excellence! The attached is an unedited photo I took of the freshly delivered chutoro, not commonly seen in Stateside Japanese restaurants. Positively amazing dinner experience!"

"Felt like some sashimi after a long day of work and happen to see it close by my hotel, so I stopped by and ordered the sashimi meal to go. Sashimi was very good but was a bit disappointed with the miso soup. It looked like it was a mini size portion. Still, good tasting."
