"That cashier and manager at this Dollar General were above and beyond most people in the customer service industry. The manager was working on replenishing the shelf and switching from Christmas items to Valentine's Day. She was working hard to get the job down but was still able to talk to the guests and was helpful. This place has a nice vibe. I pass 3 other Dollar General stores on my way home and I keeping on driving until I reach the one on Ocean View Ave. There I stop and go in. The staff always greets you with, at the very least, a "hello", but I've also had a "welcome, come on in" and a " how was your day". It's welcoming. When checking out you get a human and the human is friendly and appreciates you. That's priceless!"

"I shop here several times a week and tonight an employee was extremely out of line and rude.(always rude when i go in). Neither employee wears a name tag and refused to give managers name."

"I've shopped here several times in the past year and the shelf prices rarely match the register price. I have even took time to match the shelf bar code to the item and I still get over-charged at the register. Wading through inventory to shop is one thing, but over-charging for items at the register... who is getting that extra that customers are paying above the shelf price? Coffee on the shelf for $4.65, yet $5.00 at the register; Sponges for $1.00 on the shelf, yet $3.00 at the register; packing tape $3.50 on the shelf, yet $7.50 at the register??? Watch yourself shopping here!"

"Store had lots of empty shelves , cashier did not have uniform on , no name tag or anything . He seemed to have ear buds in listening to music not paying much attention to the customers . I came In looking for a comb but the entire wall was empty . Literally only 1 hanging out of about 20 pegs . I understand how busy Saturday’s can be in there as I work in retail myself but I did not see anyone working to re stock the shelves at all"

"Store isn't very organized always stuff in the aisles on organized usually kind of messy never anybody working on the register always a long line in this store that's where they did improvement work on the line customer service is good depending on who's working still shop here but wish they would improve only stopping when nobody else is here that way you can get what you need and get out hope you all improve keep up the good work looking forward to the improvements"
