"Ordered a chicken sandwich, bit into it and a huge piece of plastic was (melted?) into it. When it was brought to their attention they didn’t seem to care much. They offered a refund… which I never received. I understand it’s fast food, but this sandwich was given to my child who could’ve ingested and choked on the plastic had I not noticed. Really disappointed."
"This Chick-fil-A is not designed for dine in customers. The drive thru lane is 2 cars wide and wraps around the entirety of the restaurant like an automobile moat. This makes it dangerous to walk from the parking lot to the door because there are no crosswalks! I will NOT be dining here and suggest not bringing your kids to this CFA location due to the lack of pedestrian safety."
"This place is so hit and miss. The app doesn't let you add extra sauces anymore and they constantly forget them in your order. They put orders together, throw them on their shelf behind the counter and never call the name. You watch as your food gets cold until you can grab the attention of one of the employees (good luck). They flat out forget items in delivery orders. Employees have told me to complain to door dash to get refunds about issues wholly in the restaurants control as all orders are sealed for To Go orders put in through the app. Oh and the straws, what an absolute inconvenience. This location is the reason ive had to purchase boxes of straws to keep in the pantry. If you have to utilize this location stay away from delivery. Mobile/in person ordering and pickup is the way to go, though still be prepared for a headache."
"The new chicken sandwich is really good, and you just can't go wrong with the waffle fries. Nice dine in experience, especially with a toddler My niece really enjoyed the play area, which was clean, and they have sanitizer wipes available. One of our new places for auntie and niece time"
"Delicious as always! The young lady forgot our drinks that they normally give you firsthand because she was distracted trying to refill the paper for receipts in another register. I enjoyed the verbal teasing from the team mates about her forgetting our drinks but it was all good. We got our drinks and food. We did not have to wait long since we were just picking it up to take home."
