"I came in to pick up a mobile order so I went right to the register. After standing and being looked at for a few minutes, someone asked me what I needed. I told her my name and that I was picking up an order. She then continues the order she was working on. After she completed it, she started helping the next customer in line, completely disregarding me and my order. I did not pick up the order until over ten minutes after the time the app told me it would be ready."
