"Pizza price has risen, but the Pizza seems to shrink. I'm paying for a large and getting a medium. C-mon man hit and miss, sometimes Pizza is great other times its mediocre."
"The WORST location!!!! The app would not allow to change payment to card. I immediately called to pay w/my card. When I called I was placed on hold for over 15mins. I had to call from a different number to get service promptly. Only to be told I can't use my papa dough over the phone when the order was already placed and my total should have reflected that! The only thing that could be done was to cancel the order so I wouldn't have to pay the full price and my papa dough will not be returned to my account for another 48hrs! Why is the system to slow that I can not pay for a online order over the phone is if the app glitched! Why did have to wait 15mins on hold when I called from another number and someone assisted my quickly? No one could see that I call was waiting and picked it up? If I was a completely different caller they would have been helped before me and I was waiting longer! Train people how to return to the call they put on hold and get a better system to help when the app is not working properly!"
"Placed a carryout pizza order, confirmation stated it will be ready in 15 minutes, showed up after 20 and had to wait an additional 20!! My pizza hadn't even been prepped when I got there. There is a huge disconnect between the app and actual store. To make matters worse, the pizza was wet! It was like soup on bread. Never again"
"I am so disappointed with my delivery tonight I have ordered from papa John's in the past and I've never experienced or received a pizza that looked like this they are going to send me a new one But I am highly disappointed I tip every driver that ever comes here They could have done better."
