"This was my first time trying Rallys so not sure if it's the chain or just this store. The food was decent overall but very greasy. The food required checking the order and getting missed items for both me and the other person I was with. Definitely would not go out of my way to eat here again."

"Absolutely horrible experience, I was immediately trapped in the drive thru behind just three other customers with the stench of rotten rallys food and cooking oil completely unavoidable the whole time permeating my very soul, I can still smell it in my car days later. So there I am trapped in the drive thru breathing the horrible gut wrenching odor that I believe could kill small children and elderly, 30 minutes pass as I drift in and out of consciousness, finally I wake to hear some greeting blabbered out by some automated system, repulsed by the thought of eating food from, around, or near this place I force myself to request an order of rally fries, 10 more minutes and I'm at the window paying for the disappointment to come. 5 minutes after that.. I receive said disappointment, in the form of cold mushy frie shaped grease which smelled like... yea. Won't see me round there again to say the least"

"Haven't been to a Rallys in years literally, but today I stopped. Was surprised they had wings so I got a 5pc combo and the wings were big but Definitely not the smallest around. I had medium Buffalo and they were so good"

"I have mixed feelings about my visit. I tried ordering two combos, but ended up with way more food than I thought a total bill of over 31 dollars. It was my first visit ever to a Rally’s and the cashier wasn’t too helpful with my confusion. I was disappointed that they didn’t offfer smaller burger options than the huge two patties. The cashier wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t friendly either. The food was delivered quickly and it was hot. Personally, I didn’t think the burger was the best for the price, but it wasn’t bad. The fries were good. I don’t think I’ll return due to difficulty ordering, the cost, and the larger than needed burgers."
