"My visit to Hardee's was pretty much what I expected from a standard fast-food establishment. I opted for the 2-piece fried chicken snack, which was satisfying. Particularly noteworthy was the biscuit, which I creatively used to make a sandwich with the remaining thigh meat. The chicken was tender and juicy, boasting a spice blend that was notably superior to a similar dish I had recently purchased from Kroger. Overall, a decent meal that met my expectations for quick, casual dining."
"The food is okay. It seems the people working there are rude most of the time. They get offended when they get your order wrong. That's fine. It happens. I'd understand the attitude if you go and talk down to them but just saying, "hey, this is wrong" or a "this isn't what I ordered" when you say it nicely and get a "that's what you get" is rude. My biscuit wasn't even put together. And the tray was tossed into a bag, so everything was falling out. Again,that's fine. It happens. But how they treat people is the problem. Surprised corporate hasn't been called."
"The lady working front when I had to ask for sauce and ketchup rolled her eyes and threw it in my hand. I realized I didn't have silverware and had to go back for a fork the other lady handed me 1 with additude too. While waiting for our food I let her know I had emptied the tea and she gave me a nasty stare and walked over to a container she had stirring it and never filled it. When leaving it still had not been refilled so I politely asked for a refill to take on our 2hr journey home. Another lip smack and nasty look like I had 3 heads. Very rude customer service but also the dinning area was dirty and bathroom as well the lady used the restroom while we were there so had to have seen it. did not get a receipt for what was purchased either."
"Stood at the counter for a while. No one acknowledged my family of three. We were the only people in line. Chicken tenders look like chicken nuggets. That’s not the portion size I want to pay 13-15 dollars for. Toast in the platter is bland."
