"I recently visited the Oaks for lunch after not going there for many years! So nostalgic to back in there! The service was excellent, the food was on point- shrimp, burgers & fries were cooked to perfection! Looking forward to going back to enjoy some more of their menu items♥️ great job yall it’s still rockin!!!"
"I have been coming to the Oaks for a year and a half. I had never been asked to "hold my ID". We came out to celebrate at 10pm on a Friday night and the vibe was ruined. The female bartender with the black hair asked to hold my ID when i ordered a 5 dollar drink. Basically accusing me of possibly walking out without paying because other patrons that "looked like me" had walked out on their tab previously. None of this had anything to do with me, especially when we are regualars in this establishment. She was a newer bartender, she stated she just started working there. I went with male friends and this same bartender did not ask to hold their Id's, just the females. She was rude and I believe that this is a serious case of profiling. No reason for her behavior, it was demeaning and disrespectful. Do better."
"I love the atmosphere, but breakfast came up short. 2 eggs, 2 pieces of skinny slim bacon that you can see through, about 10 small pieces of hasbrowns, and a burnt piece of toast with no butter two short vodka and orange juice, 32.00? You guys gotta do better with the portions and quality. Yes I left a tip.. I'm still going to come back but skipping the breakfast.. I knew I should have taking a picture.."
"If you’re looking for a good place to shoot some games of pool and eat an appetizer and drink a beer or maybe you’re just wanting to sit down and watch Monday night football and eat a burger then definitely come to the oaks! The owner (Jack) even does free pool during certain hours/days! Great decorations and amazing people. The bartender makes perfect drinks and every beverage comes in a frosted glass! Definitely consider the oaks because you’ll never find anything like it!"
"Great place! We checked them out for the first time and we are not disappointed. Breakfast was great hardy portions and a proper steak! Normally breakfast steaks are an after thought but this one was worthy of a steak house. Wonderful service from start to finish. We will try dinner next."
