"Seated almost immediately. The server was very attentive. Drinks were quick and plentiful. The new Chili's Philly is really good. It does have a huge amount of meat, so I suggest ordering double meat and paying the extra price because the taste is amazing. The bun is perfect, the right amount of queso chz sauce, peppers, and onions. Great sandwich. My husband ordered a surf and turf and was completely satisfied with his meal."

"I attempted to eat in this restaurant with my service dog, who, albeit, is in a carrier that I wear around my body, because she is a small dog. We were told by the person seating us that we weren't allowed to have my dog in the restaurant without a vest. As is evident on the ADA website, a service animal IS NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR A VEST OR ANY TYPE OF IDENTIFICATION. We tried to explain that dog has an actual identification card and we were denied service. That is illegal and discriminatory. I STRONGLY suggest you get all of your staff up to speed on what is required from/for a service animal and the only two questions allowed to be asked: 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Will definitely be spreading the word about my experience and contacting corporate"

"The first impression was that it was nice that it wasn't busy. However, that went downhill fast. For having about 15 open tables, there was still a 10 minute wait. The staff is not attentive, the kitchen is SLOW, and the food is horrible. It took over 40 minutes to get our food, took over 15 minutes to get a water refill, my food had undercooked sausage that was very cold in the inside and the fries had a disgusting amount of salt on them. My husbands foot was put on TOP of wet wipe packages, which is disgusting."

"Always have a great experience here! The staff is friendly, our orders are correct, and they go out of their way to accommodate us when we meet with our large, extended family here. Everything I've tried tastes great (especially loving their burgers right now) and I like that they offer healthier options."

"Our first time to this location and I want to start off by saying our waitress was phenomenal. When it came to the food it was a whole different story: The burger I order with no pink was the opposite. The pasta my wife ordered was sub par and some of the noodles were crunchy. Wife could only eat half of it and we didn’t bother to ask for a to go box for it.The soda was only thing decent there besides the waitress. I’m sure it has its bad days and decent days but definitely a bad first impression unfortunately."
