"I went there on 12/31 to get some dinner and they had a line all the way to the door. They had 2 people making a big order of at least 7 to 8 subs. Which at the dinner rush they should have told that customer that it would be at least an hour wait. It looked like it was an on line order. People were leaving because of this. It doesn't take common sense to do an online order of this size a few at a time. This is just bad for business plain and simple!"
