"Poorest experience. Arrived in drive thru at 10:55 because breakfast is served until noon. Order took 30 minutes. Biscuits burnt. Eggs prepared for the $2 cheaper sandwich. Extremely salty undercooked bacon, was salt added? As I ate, it truly felt vindictive from the person who prepared my meal. Horrific. I get it. Serving breakfast until noon is probably an inconvenience. But just take the signs down. Or lie to me in the drive thru line. "We're out if bacon." Whatever. Don't make me pay $11 and then wait for a half an hour for two terrible breakfast sandwiches."

"The lady was actually better than my previous experience I didn’t have to drive off because of rude in employees she definitely had great customer service. On the other hand I will not be returning I’m so tired of wasting money on this nasty food. This place need to close down. It’s the only food place right there other than wa was and sheetz but I refuse to ever eat this disgusting mess ever again. I was hungry so I tried to eat the nasty sandwich but when the tomato came out that was it for me. This is not the first time I’ve had multiple bad experiences but this one did it. I’m tired of giving them chances to get it right. At this point they don’t care and this is just the way they do businesses. I would recommend it cold fies, stale burgers, old buns. Just trash! And don’t forget poor customer anytime after 3 smfh"

"Every time I go up there, the lady in the Drive-Thru tells me to hold on, and then just never comes back, but she keeps her mic open so you can hear all the personal conversations that are happening. Even if you try to get their attention, they just keep telling you to wait. I'll just stick with the Laburnum location."

"Employees were friendly and helpful. Store is dirty and needs deep cleaning.. should have known by looking at the store that they didn't care.. ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo .chicken was either old or cooked in old oil.. fries were greasy but was cooked fresh .so that tells me that their oil needs to be changed or their vats need to be deep cleaned.. will never ever come back."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This place was horrible. When we arrived, there were two gentlemen waiting for my food. My husband ordered while I went into the bathroom (there were no rolls of toilet paper in the dispenser but one hanging on the purse hook, tp everywhere, one toilet out of service). I came out and my husband just shook his head. The two gentlemen went up to the counter and asked kindly if they could get their food (there was NO ONE ELSE in the place but us and them!) and states that he dropped his buddy off to order, went across the street to get gas, then came back and waited another 10 minutes, with no meal. So they started his meal. My husband and I ordered a kids meal with cheeseburger and a three piece tender. We were given no receipt (when asked they said they didn't have paper), no number, not even a confirmation of the order. The gentlemen finally got their food and 6 workers were just standing around laughing and flirting with one another, not working on our meal. No fries or tenders dropped in piky, no one making the burger, nothing. Finally the drive through worker asked us if we had ordered and I said yes! Needless to say, our food was disgusting, my tenders were cold and tasted like the oil was rancid. The restaurant was filthy and the pictures hanging on the wall were even askew. My husband worked as a manager in fast food for many years and felt we probably should have walked out. Absolutely gross."
