"The wings are good, but pricey, and the service was awful. The waitress could barely speak, making it impossible to hear her. She somehow completely forgot about someone's beer. Also, the food took forever to come out. The place was almost empty, it should not have taken long. Lastly, the bathroom did not have any paper towels. It can't be hard to keep the paper towels stocked. Overall, not a good experience at this BWW location."

"I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. What I received was a soggy wrap with 3 pieces of chicken. Seems like everything has gotten smaller and we pay more. At least if it was warm it would be edible. Really disappointing as I used to love having a cold beer and wrap....."

"We recently went to this location, which we go to every Saturday. We sat at the bar because they were on a wait and we were patiently waiting for a bartender to come give us menus. We knew it was busy so we had no problem waiting. It wasn’t until 20 minutes of sitting there did anyone even come up to us, but plenty of people just walked by obviously seeing us just sitting there with no menus or anything in front of us. We then scanned the QR code in front of us and ordered that way because no one was coming to take our order, by then we’d been sitting for about 45 minutes. We sat there for about an hour waiting for food, drinks, literally anything. We then received a quarter of our order, in which a kid with a ponytail practically threw our food on the table and gave us the worst attitude after trying to say we’d waited there for an hour and still no one had even acknowledged us. We slowly got some missing food items. But we still didn’t get our whole food order until Danielle the bartender who was called into work came and finally helped us. She was the only person to speak to us and get anything done for us. We completely understand how busy it was, the upsetting part was that no one helped us but were quick to mock us (ponytail kid) and the manager working was absolutely no help at all. Needless to say, unless Danielle is taking care of us we will never go back. Not to mention, it was Veterans Day and we had 2 veterans with us just wanting some food."

"I have to say, I was surprised. The overall stay was quick and pleasant. The server was very nice and did a great job. But what really got me was the fact that the food came out fast and it was good! I can’t wait to come back. Loved it!"
