"The food had been overcooked then sat under the heat light until it wasn't something I felt safe feeding my pet. Yet they had no problem charging $30 for 2 meals. Our mistake was not looking until we left."
"I had the bowl with fried rice and one topping. Lots of rice, very little topping. They use a measuring spoon. They make sure that it’s not overflowing lol. My wife had the honey walnut shrimp, and I’m pretty sure that they counted out the eight shrimp. The worst part is at the end, she said it made her stomach hurt. The counter server must be getting a bonus for saving soy sauce and sweet-and-sour sauce and napkins, etc. because she doesn’t give you more than the bare minimum of anything. Correction, my wife said she didn’t put anything in the bag, she had to ask for everything. I’ve been to other Panda Express locations and this one seems to be all about the budget. Their budget."
"Snarky Hispanic employee Ana purposely ignores customers and displays a snarky attitude. Also a Hispanic lady was served before me with same exact item. Panda Express is the new Cracker Barrel / Denny's imo. Yhe managers r great, but 3x this 1 lady has ruined my experience in adrive -thru & inside. DONT GET ME STARTED ON OV3RCOOKED RANGOONS THAT CUT MY GUMS."
"We stopped going here about six months ago because they always had the inside closed, and you always had to go through the drive-thru. Today, we went, and Amari N. was who waited on on, and she was amazing. This young lady provided impeccable customer service, was friendly, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. The food was also great, usually when we went before, you got mostly vegetables in the steak and very little meat. Today, we felt that we actually got our monies worth since there is a 1.25 up charge for the steak. Let me also say a huge congratulations to the store manager as they have made great improvements and I hope you keep the great staff and food."
