"Sonic blast was ok. All the Oreos were on top and not throughout. A lot of the machines were broken. Place was kind of dirty."

"I counted at least 5 kiosks that were out of order as well as the one I found that didn't have an out of order sign but the card reader didn't work so the car hop had to go to 2 different kiosks to try to collect payment. The grounds at this restaurant could be seriously cleaned/power washed."

"This place truly blows my mind with the level of missing screws in some of the brains here. First day I came I didn’t trip over the young buck LYING to me telling me they didn’t do cup holders anymore (doing a delivery). When I told him did upper management make this executive decision within an hour? Considering I had just came for another delivery where I was given a cup holder, he then magically was able to give me one. Then tonight I come and specifically request a cup holder, because it’s a delivery that had a drink an a shake & the person said okay. Out walks the employee with no cup holder, so I requested one and she had the nerve to say they didn’t have any. When I said the person on the intercom just told me okay, she said well we have the 4 holder not the 2? A cup holder is a cup holder, what difference does it make? Seriously, feel like this location just hiring anyone at this point. Liars at that and too lazy to go back and get one until they’re called out. HA"

"I have visited several Sonic's in different states, hands down THIS location is top tier! Listen, the staff were friendly and professional. The food was fresh and hot. Outside was very clean. Definitely will visit this location again when I'm traveling through VA."

"Employee (crew leader) just stared at me when I told him to have a good day. My fault for ordering food from you? These employees also keep getting younger and younger every time I go back. They are gonna start hiring toddlers eventually . And how you gonna forget the BURGER on a quarter pound double CHEESEBURGER . There’s TWO burgers and you forgot the burger the cheese and the OTHER BURGER. I tried incessantly to get in touch with this sonic but over the phone but apparently being polite making food and using the telephone are all frowned upon at this establishment as the call was sent straight to voice mail after two or three rings every single time. As a former employee of this organization I am extremely grateful I left and will not be looking back again on this place as an employee or a customer. Over priced food (where you don’t even get the food) rude employees (I get not liking your job but if I’m trying to be nice to you then you don’t gotta be a douche nugget about it) and inefficient service ."
